A wedding planner is here to relief you of all the stress of planning a destination wedding. We have years of experience working with our preferred vendors ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of the wedding.
At Gaia events our main languages are Spanish & English however we are glad to work with all nationalities and languages and most of our vendors are multilingual.
The venue coordinator is hired by the venue and deals with everything that has to do with the venue like rules and regulations and overseeing facility operations.
The wedding planner is their own entity that works to ensure you as the client are happy with all aspects of your wedding. The wedding planner concentrates on all details of the wedding day from start to finish.
As a wedding planner we are involved in the entire planning process and we start months before the wedding to create a comprehensive timeline, handle logistics and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Yes we love to meet new vendors, but we do recommend using our preferred vendors list as we are already familiar with their product and the services they offer.

We recommend a minimum of 2 visits to spain. The first visit would be designated to visiting venues, and can be done in 2 days. The second visit is designated for tastings the menu, hair and makeup trial and getting to know your chosen vendors. The second visit can be done in 2-3 days.
