The presentation of the catering was spectacular, the food and desserts were delicious and the atmosphere was unique, it is worth repeating.

As a catering company they offer fantastic traditional cooking classes. We are a family of 4 and even the teenagers were fully engaged. We loved it and Marlene is excellent fun and very knowledgeable the food was amazing. Highly recommend.

I booked a cocktail class with Gaia Events as part of our Hen Party plans and I honestly couldn’t fault any element of the class. Marlene was well organised with all the equipment and ingredients needed as well as finer details like sweets and music. We had the help of two gorgeous Spanish bartenders too which certainly hit the hen party vibe! I would highly recommend the class – fab location, fab people & fab cocktails 😍

The experience was great, the treatment from the photographer staff and others was ten, the food without any comment, nothing to object, everything was great, looking forward to another event to enjoy it as much or more than this one, thank you very much for everything!!!!

If I had to sum it up in one word I would choose: incredible! From the presentation, the careful decoration, no detail was missing, and the delicious food, I couldn’t choose anything because from the salty appetizers to the desserts, everything was finger-licking good ☺️

Amazing Amazing Amazing. We booked with Ahmed and Marlene who were extremely helpful. And as we were travelling from London to Spain we were worried about the quality and execution. All our worries were put to ease and in the end it turned out better than we could have hoped for. Lovely set up, delicious food and constant support throughout. The fact that they also had halal options was the cherry on top. I highly recommend Gaia Events and guarantee you won’t be let down by this professional and extremely supportive team. One of the best decisions I ever made was hiring Gaia Events Catering for our pre-wedding party. In fact, I was so thoroughly impressed that I decided to hold a post-wedding brunch so I could hire them all over again! Marlene and the GAIA team are honestly the best. She planned our wedding in Marbella and it was just perfect – every guest said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to, and flawless from start to finish. She is so responsive, always comes up with solutions (for example my bridesmaid’s dress strap broke 10 mins before we went down the aisle and she had a sewing kit at hand and stitched it back up), is very detailed orientated, has excellent taste, and is personable and kind. She is completely fluent in English and Spanish which also massively helped. Our vision came to life and it was all thanks to her. In addition, our whole bridal party loved her as she is so warm yet so professional and everyone knew their roles and responsibilities. Marlene is now honestly going to be a friend for life and I couldn’t recommend her enough for her wedding planning services.

We were very happy with gaia catering. The food was extremely tasty, staff very friendly, table deco gorgeous and the communication beforehand clear, understanding and helpful. All-round a great experience!

Absolutely a 5 star experience. Oisin and I are just back from our amazing wedding in Spain. A 3 day event where Marlyne and her team looked after everything to the highest standard. The night before the wedding we had an intimate dinner with family and Gaia events did all of the design, menu and catering. We went for Spanish style sharing plates and everyone loved the food, it was delicious. For the wedding day itself, the team were brilliant, from special bespoke touches to match our ‘oranges’ theme, to a cigar bar, it was all so well thought through and the attention to detail was perfect. The day was more than we could have ever imagined. People have been reaching out to say what a brilliant event it was. The best wedding they’d ever attended. Finally, our day two was exactly what we wanted, chilled and relaxed pool party with Paella, again the food was outstanding and everyone was so happy and relaxed. Nothing was too much – they are super flexible and helpful. Working to our schedules for calls, making time to chat through specific plans. They really are by your side the whole way. You are in safe hands with Gaia events, the whole team is super. They’re organised, creative, thoughtful and proactive. Not to mention, they found our perfect venue! We’d do it all again with them. A brilliant team!
